How the work starts

Tell us what you need and share the records available. We confirm service availability, permissions, the document checklist, and our service fee before starting. Government and third-party charges are separate.

We prepare or coordinate the agreed work, keep you informed, and hand over the available completion records. Agency and provider processing times remain outside our control.

A common question

Do you run the laboratory or act as our DER?

No. Qualified providers perform laboratory, medical review, and clinical functions. The employer retains its designated employer representative. Owner-operator program responsibilities require a separate scope review; violation and return-to-duty reporting are not included in the launch offer.
